We will meet on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm, and we will still be utilizing our Bibles as the basis for our discussions. However, I would like to refocus the purpose of our time together and invite us to engage with the Word of God in a more expectant and vulnerable way. In the modern American Church, weekly Bible studies have a tendency to be superficial and surface level. I believe that God wants more from us. He wants us to dig deeper. He wants Bible studies to not just make us feel better (about ourselves), but to make us be better; to think better and to act better, so that we can be a better witness to the world.
